Ideal solution if you have limited space underneath the window to attach either a mobile hook-type fire escape ladder or a permanently installed boxed fire escape ladder or if you need to escape from a fire over the railings of a balcony.

In an emergency the strong metal hook of the Kletterfix fire escape ladder is hooked over the railing of a balcony (max diam 70mm) or over a special steel bar which is attached permanently underneath or above the window. This bar takes very little space to install and is safely fitted to the wall with strong screws (provided). Please note: the bar is sold as a separate item.

• The ladder is available with or without distance spacers which keep the feet safely off the wall. 
  (Ladders without distance spacers can only be used from balconies or other free-hanging applications).
