It combines a well-designed, stylish concertina ladder along with a high-end automated operating system controlled by remote control and is manufactured from die-cast aluminum and stores completely within the hatch space. It can be connected to a 230 volt supply via a plug supplied or wired into a fuse spur. Unit has a light fitted to the inside of the trapdoor which flashes (amber colour) when it is in operation.

• The electric loft ladder is manufactured from die-cast aluminium and stores completely within the hatch space.
• It can be connected to a 230 volt supply via a plug supplied or wired into a fuse spur.
• The electrical operation of both the trapdoor & loft ladder is controlled by a 
  remote (supplied).
• Unit has a light fitted to the inside of the trapdoor which flashes (amber colour) when it is in operation.
• Fitted with an automatic stopping feature which enables the unit to avoid obstacles in it's path once in operation.
• Emergency opening and manual operation are possible in case of power failure.

• The treads come fitted with black carpet tiles as standard.
• The ladder comes finished in either a Grey (RAL 9006) or White (RAL 9010) 
  powder coated finish.
• The trapdoor supplied is constructed from 14mm thick high quality plywood.
• Supplied with two telescopic handrails & two top exit grab rails as standard.
• The draught proofed hatchbox supplied is constructed from 1.2mm thick steel and measures 140mm deep.
• The hatchbox is fixed into position using 4 clamps which allow it to be installed into a floor thickness up to 280mm.
• Optional 2nd Remote Control available (see price below).
• Optional Wall mounted switch panel available as an alternative to the standard remote control option (see price below).
• Tested and certified to EN 14975 (European Ladder Standard).

• Made to Measure sizes are available (Prices on application) -
  Opening Sizes start from 900mm (length) x 600mm (width)
  and range up to 1400mm (length) x 900mm (width).
  Deeper hatchbox sizes for a ceiling thickness above 280mm are also available.
  The minimum floor to ceiling height available as a made to measure unit is 2300mm.
  The maximum floor to ceiling height available as a made to measure unit is 3250mm.
  N.B ceiling heights 3000mm or above will require a minimum opening length of 1000mm.
