• The Deluxe two section sliding aluminium loft ladder is a robust access option that is ideal for commercial and domestic applications alike. It is proven to perform reliably and consistently under the pressure of frequent use.

  • To be used with existing drop-down loft hatches (See Chart below for minimum opening dimensions).
  • The Aluminium Deluxe is designed to suit a floor to floor height range between 2300mm -3250mm.
  • Heavy duty loft ladder suitable for domestic, commercial or industrial use.
  • High strength extruded aluminium construction.
  • Spring assisted action to allow ease of operation.
  • Extra wide ladder construction: 402mm (466mm including handrails).
  • Tread depth: 75mm.
  • Unit is supplied with two handrails as standard.
  • Safe working load of 150 kg.
  • Complete with operating pole and fittings.
  
  N.B. The YAL ladder does not come supplied with a trapdoor / hatch.
