The DSC Mini F30 / F60 offers reliable and robust access to smaller applications and has the added feature of the trapdoor being fire resistant with both 30 minute and 60 minute options available. It brings together an aluminium concertina loft ladder complete with its own timber hatch lining and trapdoor.

• The Concertina loft ladder is manufactured in aluminium alloy and is able to store completely within the hatch space.
• Fire resistant tested according to DIN 4102-2, EN 1365-2, EN 1363-1 by MPA Braunschweig.
• Uses an Integral Spring Hardware system for ease of operation.
• Ladder tread width: 330mm.
• Ladder tread depth: 80mm.
• The draught proofed timber hatchbox supplied is constructed from 16mm chipboard and measures 220mm deep.
• The trapdoor for the F30 option (65mm thick) comes Insulated (U-Value U = 0.92 W/m2K).
• The trapdoor for the F60 option (71mm thick) comes Insulated (U-Value U = 0.92 W/m2K).
• White face/finish on both the front and back of the trapdoor.
• Trapdoor is also fitted with a sprung loaded catch (ring pull operated) for lowering and closing the door.
• Supplied with white architraves to enhance the finish.
• Unit complete with Operating Pole & Full Installation Instructions.

• Optional Telescopic Handrails are available for the unit.
• Tested to EN 14975 (European Ladder Standard) with a 150kg per tread resilience.

• Made to Measure sizes are available -
  Opening Sizes start from 1000mm (length) x 600mm (width)
  and range up to 1400mm (length) x 900mm (width).
  The maximum floor to ceiling height reachable with the DSC Mini is 3250mm.
  N.B. Larger ceiling heights will require a more generous opening size.
